About Stephen Howard

I was licensed to practice law in the Texas State Courts in November of 1991. November 1, 2007 will mark the sixteenth year of my practice. I am a native Texan, and grew up in the heart of the D/FW Metroplex. I consider myself to be a highly ethical attorney. I believe my word binds me; I believe I will be judged by how I conduct myself. I am a hands-on attorney who enjoys contact with his clients. I return all of my client calls on the same day they are received. I come to my clients and potential clients, rather than making you come to me.

I am married and have a wonderful family. I understand how devastating even a minor incident can be to my clients' lives and do all I can to reduce stresses on my clients. Not only is there emotion stress, but there are physical, monetary, and lifestyle changes associated with all matters that require an attorney, and I am sensitive to helping my clients through all these situations. I believe an informed client is a happy client, and I keep my clients involved and informed about their cases.

I am an open-minded, non-judgmental person. It is more important that I understand the facts of a person's situation, than it is for me to pass judgment on their circumstances or choices. I believe we should all be free to seek the fundamental freedoms of the Declaration of Independence: Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

I am confident that if you speak to me or meet me, you will feel at ease, trust my advice, and know things will be taken care of to their best possible outcome.

Celebrating 16 Years

I have been pleased to help thousands of people in various legal matters, and look forward to many more years of service. I enjoy being a lawyer and helping those in need. I can't imagine doing anything else. I am blessed to have a successful career that challenges me, entertains me, and I plan to continue well past the age most Americans retire.
