Defective Products

Products can be designed improperly, manufactured poorly, or fail to function as intended. When they do, the injuries can be catastrophic. When a twenty-five foot ladder fails, the fall can be fatal. When a drug has side-effects, they can be permanent. I have seen products that burned people and property.
