Motorcycle Accidents

Riding a motorcycle is risky, as every biker knows. But, when a biker is injured because of the negligence of somebody else, that person should pay. Riders all tell each other to "ride safe," but the best defensive driving can never save you from the cager who pulls out in front of you.

Because bikers are so exposed, and because the speed they travel is higher than bicyclists or pedestrians, injuries to bikers are often more severe than to anyone else on the road. Bikers need someone who not only understands how to argue reaction times and braking distances, but also how to seek out every type of potential coverage available to compensate the biker for their injuries.

I ride a motorcycle and I have many friends who are hardcore bikers. So I understand the particular hazards and prejudices bikers face. I assure you that if you are a biker and contact me regarding an injury case, I won't give you immediate attitude for your decision to ride. Instead, I will assess your case fairly—and if you hire me—work to get you the best recovery I can.

If you or someone you know was injured in an motorcycle related accident and have questions, feel free to submit your case to me for review, or call 817-803-3898.
